Providing Compassionate Care for California Residents

Woman standing atop a mountain with her arms stretched out, celebrating her accomplishment.

Welcome

Hi, I’m Kim, and welcome to my page!

If you are:

  • Someone who wants to learn practical tools to manage depression, anxiety, or ADHD;

  • An over-achiever and perfectionist who values productivity and optimization but never quite feels like you can accomplish enough;

  • A professional who struggles with work–life balance, often sacrifices self-care for work, and frequently feels burned out; or

  • Someone who simply wants to feel better but doesn’t know how—

then you are in the right place.

Together, we will explore the life you want to live and collaboratively set value-aligned goals. To foster meaningful change, I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you can be your authentic self and work through whatever emotions may be blocking you. Drawing on your strengths and insights, we will identify obstacles and stuck points, and I will offer practical tools to help you make positive changes in your life.

For me, this work reflects a personal mission to give back to the community and improve the lives of those around me. I look forward to being on this journey with you.

We have the power to step out of
old ways of being and step into more useful,
hopeful thoughts about yourself and others.
